Q: Do you create your own virtual instruments or just samples for other developers?
A: Yes! PRIZM is our first virtual instrument and is available for sale right NOW! We are also finishing up production on BRASStopia - a brass virtual instrument that you can read all about HERE. SCRAPtopia and DRILLz are also in the middle stages of production and will be released as soon as they are ready. We also create samples for several developers and will convert our products to a variety of virtual instruments, such as Halion, Kontakt, SFZ (Dimension Pro and Rapture) and Sampletank.
Q: When will you finish [INSERT PRODUCT HERE]?
A: We create QUALITY products and quality takes time. We are doing everything we can to get finished as quickly as humanly possible.
Q: Why are there two versions of your products? Is there any difference between the download version as compared to the shipped version?
A: Not everyone has broadband and our products are quite large in size.
The downloadable version will always be a little less expensive due to less costs of production, but there are bandwidth costs to be considered, so the price difference is not large - and it comes with an adobe acrobat version for the manual.
The shipped version will have DVDs and a PRINTED MANUAL, and come in a nice display case. Obviously, shipping costs will also apply.
Q: Do you ship outside of the USA?
A: Yes! However, please understand that shipping time and costs will be much higher and some countries are not very forgiving about shipping to them. We have had problems in the past with certain countries and will email you if you live in one of them.
Q: How can I buy your products?
A: As soon as our products are ready, we will have a shopping cart ready for your perusal. Just click on the SHOPPING CART button on the upper right of every page.

A: Yes! We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover and Paypal.
Q: Why do I see M Felker Co in Paypal or on my Credit Card Statement?
A: M Felker Co is our billing company. M Felker Co is many years old and was around before Hardcore Harmonics and World-Class-Multimedia - which are both owned by us. M Felker Co is also the company name our merchant account is under, so we prefer to keep it that way.
